Product Description
The BulletProof 2.0" Medium Duty 6" Drop/Rise Hitch is an adjustable steel towing hitch designed for vehicles equipped with a 2-inch receiver.
It combines a boxed-steel shank, an adjustable Medium Duty dual-ball mount, a durable black textured powder-coated finish, and a 6-inch drop/rise configuration, making it suitable for towing trailers with different coupler heights.
Box Steel Shank
The Medium Duty hitch uses a boxed steel shank with rounded edges designed to make installation and removal from the receiver easier.
The shank also includes two hitch-pin holes, providing additional positioning options when installing the hitch on the vehicle.
The steel shank receives BulletProof's textured powder-coated finish, which is intended to provide a durable protective surface for the hitch.
Medium Duty Dual Ball Mount
The adjustable mount includes a two-ball platform that fits into the hitch's vertical adjustment channel.
The two hitch balls are welded to a solid steel platform, creating a strong and stable towing assembly.

Signature Black Textured Powder Coat
The hitch features BulletProof's black textured powder-coated finish.
The manufacturer's finishing process includes aggressive sandblasting to prepare the metal, followed by a 5-stage pretreatment wash to remove residue. The metal is then sealed to help reduce corrosion before the final textured powder coating is applied.
BulletProof states that the final coating is applied using a Fanuc robot to help maintain consistent coating thickness across the hitch.
CNC Precision Machining
BulletProof manufactures the hitch components using Haas CNC machining equipment with Renishaw probing technology.
This precision manufacturing process helps maintain tight tolerances so the hitch and adjustable ball-mount components fit together securely with reduced unwanted movement or looseness.
